COLOR+LIGHT and Composition ft. John Wick - Digital Painting Tutorial Photoshop

 

This video isn't like any other Digital Painting tutorial. Photoshop or traditional art, whatever your thing is, understanding color, light and composition is extremely important! In this video, I'll share some of my thoughts on the color and composition choices from John Wick films, and we'll learn how to use the techniques in our artwork. We'll study the positive and negative spaces, the rule of thirds, high angle and low angle shots, guiding lines in composition, ways to lead the viewer's eye to your subject, tricks to prevent the viewers' attention from going outside the canvas, contrast for visual story telling, color harmonies including complementary colors and monochromatic colors. So, there's a lot of stuff to cover here!!

About the acting, it's definitely not John Wick, but a mixture of Keanu's gestures and grim voice of John Wick. To be honest, I don't know what I was doing! XD
